Locals in Bandipora allege that there is injustice with the beneficiaries of LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) connections under the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Scheme (PMUS) as the same is being distributed among non-beneficiaries.Mohammad Maqbool Ahanger, a resident of Aloosa village told PTK that some two months ago he went to Malik Gas Agency located at main town Bandipora district and gave him the identity proofs (Aadhar Cards) of his wife, three daughters in order to get LPG  ( Liquefied Petroleum Gas) connections under Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Scheme (PMUS).“After submitting all the requisite documents for LPG connections, the Owner of the Malik Gas Agency secretly sold the connections of my family to the non-beneficiaries in black”, he said.He said that the owner of the gas agency informed him that his documents were being cancelled without any reasoning which is a lie.A group of locals told PTK that the Malik Gas Agency tricks common people in the district adding that the benefits of schemes are being provided to non-beneficiaries.  (PTK)
