On the direction of the Deputy Commissioner and CEO, LAHDC Kargil, the Additional Deputy Commissioner Kargil Imteeaz Kacho today visited District Hospital Kargil and took stock of the healthcare facilities available to the patients.During the inspection, the ADC went round different wards of the hospital and took brief about health of the patients, besides inspecting different sections of the hospital, including outpatients ward, casualty block and other sections.The ADC inquired from the patients about the quality of healthcare facilities being provided to them as well as the provision of medicines.The ADC while expressing satisfaction over the quality of treatment and different facilities being provided to the patients in the hospital stressed upon the doctors to work with missionary zeal and dedication in providing quality treatment to the patients.He appreciated the dedicated efforts of the doctors to handle the patients and urged for maintaining the same spirit in future as well.During the inspection the ADC also inquired about the status of biometric attendance in the hospital and stressed upon the doctors and paramedical staff to remain punctual and regular in their duties so that the patients are provided timely treatment and healthcare facilities.The ADC also directed the medicos and paramedics to remain present in the hospital as per duty roaster and provide round the clock healthcare facilities to the people.
