Federal Bank visited Ludhiana College of Engineering & Technology   for recruiting the students .More than Hundred candidates from various colleges of Punjab having initial qualification and sufficing cut off criteria of Federal Bank registered for this campus recruitment drive. An expert team of Federal Bank came from Delhi Regional Hub to interview the students. Satheesh D Prabhu, Deputy Vice President & RCH Head,  Lorance BR, Area Manager, Sriroopa Dey Choudhary, HR Manager, from Federal Bank interviewed the students.Students from different colleges participated in written test, after clearing the written examination. Further these students appeared for group discussion and three candidates were shortlisted for final interviews. During HR Interview Round three candidates got selected. 

Dr. Prateek Kalia, Head-Placements at LCET updated today that all the selected candidates have received initial letters from Federal Bank. These candidates have been offered a package of 4 Lakh per annum.Students also got  career opportunities in Hero Cycles Ltd for engineering (ME, AE) and management (MBA) students who want to pursue their 45 days internship. Anil Jain, Senior manager & Satish Kumar, General Manager, Sales & Marketing addressed the students and sensitized them about Hero Cycles Limited and the recruitment process. He further added successful candidates will get an opportunity to continue their six months training and further employment at Hero Cycles. The selection process had two rounds comprising group discussion and personal interview with HR manager.
