Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur said the present state government was working to take Himachal Pradesh to new heights and last five months had witnessed an era of change. He said equitable development of all Assembly constituencies was being ensured without any disparity and the government was committed to come up to the expectations of the people of the state.He was addressing a public meeting at Juganahn in Nachan Assembly constituency of Mandi district today.Jai Ram Thakur announced to provide financial assistance of Rs. 80 lakh for construction and repair of various roads in Nachan constituency. He said science laboratory will be started in GSSS Kaned and facility of examination hall will be provided in GSSS Mahadev.He announced to upgrade GPS Panayas to Middle school, to construct and metal Kot-Devigharh road under PMGSY, to provide budget for ambulance road from Dal to Gohar, additional amount of rupees five lakh for Dawal to Panayas road and to start Mudrika bus service from Sai to Sundernagar. He said DPR of up-gradation of Dhanotu to Rohanda road was being prepared and work would be started soon.MP Ram Swaroop Sharma and Local MLA Vinod Kumar also spoke on the occasion.Urban Development Minister Sarveen Chaudhary, Health Minister Vipin Singh Parmar, MLA’s Inder Singh Gandhi and Rakesh Jamwal were also present on the occasion.
