Scores of subscribers of Airtel telecom operator alleges that it failed to provide quality ‘calling services’ and internet service to the people living in far-flung areas of Bijebehara in Anantnag district.The Airtel Subscribers from Khiarm, Sirhama,Nowshara , Mahind villages said that they are in difficult situation as they are unable to use the mobile services properly due to the erratic mobile and internet service ."We conveyed it to Airtel Customer Care and Nodal Officer that from last six months we are facing networking problem, they assured us that they will look into the matter. But nothing has been done so far”, they said.They said that it has rendered students and businessmen to suffer to the greater extent. They requested the Nodal Officer of Kashmir Region to look into the inconvenience faced by the people. (PTK)
