Kashmir Legislator from North Kashmir, Engineer Rasheed has started indefinite fast inside police station Handwara from Wednesday morning after being arrested inthe outskirts of Handwara on way to Kupwara, where he was scheduled to hold peaceful indefinite fast outside DC Office against slapping of PSA on one more person from Langate and continuous atrocities on civilians by Handwara police.party spokesman Advovate Maajid Banday in a statement said that Er. Rasheed had planed an indefinite fast outside DC Office Kupwara for the reason that state administration not only released those innocents booked previously under the draconian PSA, but continued with its harsh and draconian measures. Spokesman accused Mehbooba Mufti of surrendering the rights of Kashmiris to security agencies and alleged that there is no rule of law in Kashmir. Spokesman added that if Govt. doesn’t allow a legislature to have peaceful sit-in where is the space for a common man in Kashmir.Spokesman added that detaining Er.
