Minister for Public Works, Naeem Akhtar today informed the House that the road from Kulbugh to Handjan via Gundiarjan involves a length of 1.50 km and is presently at metalled stage. The Minister was replying to the Calling Attention Notice moved by MLA Khansahab, Hakeem Mohammad Yaseen in Legislative Assembly this morning.The Minister informed that this stretch of road has developed certain potholes at various spots and repair works will be taken up shortly. He, however, stated that for permanent restoration of the road, Detailed Project Report (DPR) is being prepared and soon after the preparation of DPR and availability of assured funding, the road will be fully restored.
