Minister for Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Javaid Mustafa Mir informed the upper House that the Relief Organization is digitizing the records of relief beneficiaries on the basis of Aadhaar.Replying to a question of Girdhari Lal Raina, the Minister said the Relief Organization (Migrants) switched over to make the payment of monthly relief to the Kashmiri Migrants through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). “This switching over to DBT has enforced transparency in the Organization,” he added.He further said the government would consider the option of providing online services including issuance of PRC, RBA certificate, migration certificate nd addressing the grievances of the migrants especially Kashmiri Pandits residing in different parts of the country.Legislator Surinder Mohan Ambardar also raised a supplementary question related to the main question.
