Minister for Animal, Sheep Husbandry and Fisheries, Abdul Gani Kohli Sunday dedicated Health Sub Centre to the people at Kurliyan in Kalakote Constituency, here today.Addressing the large public gathering after declaring Health Sub Centre open, the Minister said that during the past three years the Government has taken several initiatives to improve the important infrastructural facilities in all the vital sectors like health, education, PHE, power and R&B which he said are key to the development.Kohli sought the support of the people in efficient implementation of various development programmes and said that the people should play pro-active role and active involvement in the development process so that the benefits of various programmes of State and Centre governments reach at the grass root level.The Minister said that the present dispensation is committed to provide health facilities to the people of the State at their door steps adding that in this regard several initiatives have been taken up to upgrade the health infrastructure and several projects are in pipe line.Responding to the demands put forth by the locals on the occasion, the Minister said that the Government will address their all genuine issues like drinking water and road connectivity on priority. He issued necessary directions to the district administration Rajouri to examine these on priority and address appropriately.Senior Officers of health Department were present on the occasion.
