Taking a dig at NC-congress coalition leaders, BJP State Spokesperson Dr. Nirmal Kamal, cautioned the people against evil, mischievous, viciously designed propaganda against BJP.Elaborating her point, Dr. Nirmal Kamal, while addressing media persons on Friday at party headquarters, reminded that BJP has always been performing its duty to mitigate the woes of public by coming to their rescue, raise concerns of public at every platform, including state assembly and expose ruling UPA at the Centre and the misdeeds of NC-Congress coalition government in the state on deep rooted corruption, irregular supply of electricity and water, series of scams including land scams, unemployment, inflation etc. But all these remained unimportant for the NC-Congress rulers of the state and the government openly continued to frame wrong policies and continued to give wrong picture of its so-called achievements, while the public almost every day protested on the streets which continued till date.
Justifying her stand, Dr. Nirmal Kamal said that recently a survey conducted by the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Union Government, revealed that the state government has nearly 80,000 vacancies yet to be fulfilled in government sector and the state stands highest (10%) in terms of unemployment in the Northern India. At the same time the state has 6 lakh unemployed youth registered with the employment exchange. Besides, pision Bench of J&K High Court has directed the state government to hand over the Roshin scam to CBI which exposes the indulgence of government in the corrupt practices. The self claimed achievement of the ruling coalition government is also exposed that the state government is neck deep in debt which has risen to Rs. 40,265 crores ending March 2013 from Rs. 31272 crores ending March 2011 according to the CAG report.
Substantiating her opinion, Dr. Nirmal Kamal said that utterances of NC-Congress leaders, including the ministers against BJP after the issuance of election notification for Lok Sabha issued on 6th March, is violative of Model Code of Conduct. The frequent vicious propaganda against BJP by NC and Congress leaders is mischievously designed to pert attention of the public from their misdeeds and exposed false propaganda of development. Dr. Nirmal Kamal cautioned the people not to adhere to the frustrated statements of NC and Congress leaders but use their right to franchise to revert the evil designs of such parties. BJP stands for communal harmony and peace and prosperity of the state and its people, she said and added that the attempts to paint BJP as communal by the NC and Congress leaders is nothing but vote bank politics. The people cannot be misled as they are well aware as to which political party has been working to strengthen the social fabric, fight for ending discrimination and dignified life of each citizen.BJP State Press Secretary Balbir Ram Rattan was present in the press conference.
