KVIC, Dr. Hina Shafi Bhat today convened a meeting with the officers of Khadi & Village Industries Commission (KVIC) and reviewed various programmes including Prime Minister’s Employment Gen- increasing the production. Secretaries of Institutions raised various problems for which Hina assured that every problem will be solved as per the set norms of KVIC.The Member also visited Production Centre of Gandhi Sewa Sadan, situated at Jakh nearly 22 Kms away from Jammu and interacted with the trainees of Cutting, Tailoring, Fashion Designing and Computer Training Course at the Centre.She also inspected Oil extraction progamme at the Centre besides she visited Bhawan of the Centre and emphasized on the renovation and Display of the Products at the Bhawan so that more people can be attracted towards Khadi.The Member also interacted with the Secretary of Institution Pathania and Incharge Centre Dixit.Among others, Assistant Director Anil Kumar Sharma, Member Zonal Committee Rajesh Bakhshi and other officials were also present.
