Dr. Lobsang Sangay, Sikyong, democratically elected Political Leader of Tibetan People-cum Prime Minister of the Tibetan Government-in-Exile called on Chief Minister Sh. Virbhadra Singh at Dharamshala yesterday after his assuming the office of the Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh. It was a courtesy call. He presented a Thangka painting and khatak (scarf) to the chief minister. The Chief Minister also honored Dr. Sangay by presenting him a Himachali shawl and cap.Sh. Sudhir Sharma, Urban Development and Town and Country Planning Minister was also present in the meeting. Dr. Sangay was accompanied by Tsering Dhondup, Minister of Finance and other delegates of the Central Tibetan Administration (CAT).
