Police on Monday arrested a man after he allegedly fired upon his neighbor using 12 bore gun in Gund Ibrahim Pattan area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district. Reports said that an 18 year old youth was injured when he entered into a heated argument with his neigbour who took out his 12 bore gun and allegedly fired upon him. A police official said that there was a scuffle between two persons Waheed Dar and Fayaz Dar during which the later used his 12 bore rifle and fired upon Waheed Dar (18). Waheed was shifted to Sub District Hospital Pattan where from Doctors referred him to SKIMS for advanced treatment. “We have registered a case and investigation has been taken up,” the official said adding that the accused has been arrested.
