Five persons, including a bridegroom, were killed and two others seriously injured when the car in which they were travelling after the wedding lunch collided with a mini truck in Manipur's Thoubal distict on Saturday, police said.Four of them died on the accident spot along the Trans Asian highway No 1 at Khetri Leikai while the fifth died on way to the hospital, a police official said.The injured ones were in the mini truck. They are said to be out of danger. The dead included Meghachandra Maibam, the groom. Thoubal Superintendent of Police S. Ibomcha said the cause of the accident is being ascertained.
