Bicyles with pictures of Punjab Chief minister Prakash Singh Badal who represents Akali-BJP government were found in School Classrooms at Government Senior Secondary School,Moonak, Dist.Sangrur by Congress Sangrur MP Vijay Inder Singla and Congress workers. Also there were two classrooms with bicycle parts and labor present on the spot who were assembling bicycles for distribution among the students under the "Mai bhago vidhya scheme". Congress Sangrur MP Vijay Inder Singla was shocked to see this activity happening in School Classrooms and said that classrooms are meant for children to study rather than being used to assembling bicyles by Akali-BJP government which is also misusing the administration for there benefits during elections.

Congress Sangrur MP Vijay Inder Singla has bought this electoral mal-practice for bribing the voters when the election code of conduct is in force to the notice of Punjab Chief Electoral Officer Sh.V. K. Singh. Singla urged the election commission to take strict action against these violations and ensure that no corrupt practice  including distribution of freebies like liquor, ration takes place.similar incidents were also reported to the district administration in last five days for bogus voters, distribution of Atta-Dal cards etc. But District administration at the instance of the state government has taken no action.Singla also urged the Sangrur Lok-Sabha voters not to get lured by the false promises of akali-bjp goverment and vote with a conscience for a candidate who has the capability to deliver and has a clean track record with the development focus.
