Gurugram (Haryana) , 10 Nov 2017

Veteran actor Anupam Kher, who will be seen in the play "Mera Woh Matlab Nahi Tha..." alongwith actors Neena Gupta and Rakesh Bedi, believes love for theatre is rare when it comes to the younger generation these days.Presented by Pelican Entertainment and Orana Conventions, the play will be showcased here on Saturday. "Working with the younger generation is always a plus mark to grow. They always have bunch of innovative and unique ideas. The same was felt when I met Aditya (CEO at Pelican Entertainment). This young man is full of enthusiasm and the way he handles his work is commendable. Also his love towards theatre at such age is rare to find nowadays," Anupam said in a statement."His passion and willingness is the reason that this play is coming up in Gurugram. I do have very strong connections with Delhi as I started my career here," he added. "Mera Woh Matlab Nahi Tha..." revolves around how circumstances are misinterpreted by humans and how easily things can fall apart with certain crucial questions which were raised on the myths attached to the definition of love and the stigmas attached to our patriarchal society.

"Theatre is something which you can never get rid of and that is the beauty of it because it is so tempting that the experience of it will attract you every time you hear of it in your surroundings. I have worked in different professional beats but what relief and satisfaction theatre gives me is invincible," Aditya Chauhan, CEO at Pelican Entertainment said.
