Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti has felicitated people of the State on the annual urs of Hazrat Shah Asrar ud Din (RA) of Kishtwar.Recalling the contribution of Hazrat Shah Asrar ud Din (RA) in the spiritual and social awakening of the people of the region, the Chief Minister said the society ought to emulate the teachings of moral values, communal harmony, brotherhood and welfare of masses in our present system which were practiced by the late saint during his lifetime.Mehbooba Mufti hoped that celebrating such occasions strengthens age old practices of harmony, brotherhood and amity in the State.Meanwhile, the Chief Minister has directed the Kishtwar district administration to ensure availability of essential supplies like electricity, drinking water, ration etc. to the residents of the area and devotees during the Urs days without any hassle.
