Governor N. N. Vohra, administered the Oath of Office to Sh. P.L. Gupta to serve as Chief Vigilance Commissioner and to Sh. Gazzanfer Hussain to serve as one of the two Commissioners in the State Vigilance Commission, at a function held at the Raj Bhavan here today.Governor congratulated Sh. Gupta and Sh. Hussain and wished them successful tenures ahead. As Sh. Gupta has earlier rich experience of working as the State Vigilance Officer, Governor hoped that the Commission shall become effectively functional without any loss of time.Dr. Nirmal Kumar Singh, Deputy Chief Minister; Sh.
