DDC Kupwarat Chatipora Industrial Estate, the Project Engineer SICOP was directed to prepare and submit a detailed timeline of completion of ongoing developmental works, including construction of drainage system, macadamization of roads and installation of effluent treatment plant, at the industrial estates.The DDC also directed the Executive Engineer PHE, Handwara, to complete the construction of overhead tank at the Industrial Estate by the end of October this year. While as the PDD authorities were asked to make a proposal for augmentation of existing power distribution system at the industrial estate.While inspecting the Radbough Industrial Estate in Kupwara, the DDC directed for expediting all ongoing works including development of roads, construction of drainage, laying of HT and LT networks, and construction of water reservoir at the estate.Project Engineer SICOP was directed to augment main power and other resources at the industrial estate. Deadline for completion of works was fixed as March 31, 2018.Speaking on the occasion, the DDC assured the industrial associations that their concerns and demands will be projected before the concerned authorities for early resolution.ADC Handwara, GM DIC, Project Engineer SICOP, Executive Engineers PHE, Kupwara and Handwara Divisions, and Executive Engineers PDD, Kupwara and Handwara Divisions accompanied the DDC on the occasion.
