Chief Minister Shri Virbhadra Singh during first day of his tour of Renuka Assembly constituency in Sirmour district today dedicated projects of around Rs. 60 crore by way of inaugurations and foundation stones.Adhering to the commitment of providing better health services to the people of the state, he dedicated the new OPD block of civil hospital Dadahu completed with an outlay of Rs. 4.43 crore. He also inaugurated the newly constructed building of police station at Dadahu completed with an outlay of Rs. 1.80 crore, inaugurated the science block of Government Senior Secondary School, Dadahu completed with an outlay of Rs. 65 lakh, inaugurated additional accommodation of PWD Rest house at Sangrah on which an amount of Rs. 1.03 crore has been incurred.
In addition to this, the Chief Minister inaugurated the Kando Kansaar drinking water supply scheme for villages of Badat, Madhana and Bharog-Baneri completed with a cost of Rs. 2.84 crore. He inaugurated the Lift Irrigation supply scheme, Mehat completed with an outlay of Rs. 84 lakh to cater to irrigation of upto 40 hectares of land.He also laid foundation stone of metalling and tarring of Jamta-Mahipur-Bechar ka Bagh road to cost Rs. 14.12 crore, foundation stone of a bridge over Majhara Khud to cost Rs. 7.63 crore, foundation stone of a bridge over Sukha ka Khalla on Dadahu Tirmali road to cost Rs.1.14 crore, foundation stone of residential accommodation for Degree College Sangrah to cost Rs. 10.26 crore, This will include Type-I to Type-V residences.The Chief Minister also laid foundation stone of Type II residences of Police Station Renuka Ji to cost Rs. 1.52 crore. He also laid foundation stone of sub-market yard at Ghandoori-1 to cost Rs. 1.50 crore.
