Minister of State for Health and Medical Education Asiea Naqash today visited the first edition of ‘Wellness India 2017’ expo today at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi.The expo is organized by India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO) and exhibitions India group and is supported by the Ministries of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Ayush, Rural Development, S&T (Department of Bio-Technology), Skill Development and Tourism.
Asiea Naqash who was invited as a special guest visited various stalls displayed by various health agencies.During her interaction the Minister said holistic well-being is an important component in day- to- day living. She also shared certain aspects of traditional natural medicines and remedies for health and wellness through Ayurveda, Unani, Homeopathy, Nutrition and diet.The Minister stressed on general awareness among the people regarding positive approach towards health. The Minister appreciated the way the expo was organized.
