Tandipora kupwara residents protest against non availibilty of proper Road

The residents of Thandipora Batapora kralpora  areas of north Kashmir’s kupwara district today on Wednesday staged a sit on  protest against the R&B department for ‘failing to provide proper Road in their area.’ While talking to some of the Local residents they told that from past 20 to 30 years we suffer due to the unavailability of proper road  connectivity.The people of the area demanded immediate repair of these dilapidated roads.When contacted, “local residents of villages said that these roads containing slippery soil and are facing acute problems all the time especially in winter season when rain turned soil into mud”.The residents of this area also said that the road is in very bad condition which causes extreme inconvenience to the commuters and passersby. “In dry season it causes so much distress.The locals appealed to the District Development Commissioner, kupwara  and concerned department to repairs these roads at the earliest.
