District Development Commissioner, Tariq Hussain Ganai, today held a public grievances redress camp at Gool and listened to the issues of the people.On the way, the DC and the team of officers also inspected ongoing development works.A large number of people from villages Gundi, Daram, Ind, Chachwa, Kalimasta, Bhimdasa, Parthmula, Ghagra, Mawalkote, Haila, Farmrote and Gagarsula turned up at the camp and projected their issues.Many issues were resolved on the spot after the DDC issued necessary instructions to the concerned officers. He directed the officers to remain in contact with the people, pay regular visits and organize camps in all remote areas to spread awareness about the schemes.Responding to the issues DDC directed the XEN PHE to supply potable water to public of Gool area and sanctioned a toilet complex for Gool besides stressing upon full implementation of welfare schemes of all departments and asked the officers to provide all the services to the people without any delay.While interacting with the people, the DDC informed about various developmental initiatives taken by the state government and asked the people to come forward for participatory planning which has been constantly strengthened in all the districts.The DDC also assured the people that more such darbars shall be organized for helping the people of rural and far off pockets in getting their problems mitigated within short possible time.
