A public Darbar was today organised by District administration which was chaired by worthy Tehsildar kupwara.Nazir Ahmad Shah Tehsildar Kupwara today on 23 July helda public darbar in which people of halmatpora we're benefitted with, State Subject , Income Certificate and Social Cast Certificate was provided to the locals who yet had to get such worthy documents.On the directions of state government and Deputy commissioner Kupwara Khalid jehangir, we today organised a public darbar at halmatpora to benift general public who always only becomes part of crowd . So such Darbars are organised to benifit general public said Tehsildar Nazir Ahmad shah.We will organise such Darbars soon in every village so that we can provide general public with all their needs of certificates , and our main motive is to save time of students and busy general public in the whole area district kupwara added Tehsildar Kupwara Nazir ahmad shah.While talking to some of the locals told that , we can't really express that important these certificates are for us and we are thankful and appreciate the district administration for such steps in favour of general public .
