A complete shutdown call was given by separatists over the recent civilians killings in the kashmir valley.Following the call of separatists complete shutdown was observed in district Kupwara. All the shops and other business establishments observed complete shutdown in Kupwara District.Security forces were deployed in numbers to avoid any kind of untoward move.Ristrictions were imposed in parts of Kupwara District by security forces.However no reports of Stone pelting or protests came up .
