NDA candidate Ram Nath Kovind is set to be India's next President as the presidential election is a mere formality, BJP General Secretary Ram Madhav said on Thursday."Everyone knows that Ram Nath Kovind is going to become the next President of India. The allies of the NDA who are in power in 17 states of the country have already agreed to support Kovindji," Ram Madhav said. Of the total 10,95,000 vote value, Kovind enjoyed the support of 6,60,000 votes, he added.Ram Madhav also appealed to the MLAs and MPs of Assam and the northeast to vote for Kovind so that he wins the July 17 election with a record margin.
