Addressing a public meeting at Bartu after laying foundation stone of GSSS Bartu building to be constructed with Rs. 2 crore, Chief Minister Shri Virbhadra Singh asked people to contribute liberally for community developmental works as growth of every section of society led to prosperous communities. He said that the young generations should be flag bearer of generosity so that benefits of prosperity reaches to everyone in the state.He lauded the spirit of Shri Hajari Nand who donated land for the construction of GSSS Bartu. He said that many developmental works remain incomplete following disputes of some kind in a particular area. He asked to put a united stand in matters of development and resolve any kind of outstanding issue so that the funds allocated for the projects could be utilized in time.Chief Minister said that Government schools will be equipped with modern classes, laboratories and methodologies. He announced PHC at Bartu. He also inspected college building at Seema, GSSS (Girls) Rohru building, bridge and other developmental projects on the way.Local MLA Shri M. L. Brakta, Rohru Congress President Shri Ishwar Dass Chhoharu were also present on the occasion.
