Two persons died while one person sustained severe injuries when an Alto car in which they were travelling met with a tragic road accident near Pul area of Doda District.As per reports, an Alto car bearing registration number JK06-4742, which was on its way from Sharerna to Doda met with an accident after driver of the vehicle lost his control over his vehicle and fell into gorge on the bank of river Chenab near Pul Doda resulting into on spot death of two persons.As soon as the accident took place, large number of people along with Police rushed to the spot immediately and started rescue operation.The injured person identified as Ajeet Kumar (40), son of Panna Lal of Sharerana Doda who was rescued from the gorge was shifted to District Hospital Doda wherefrom he was referred to GMC Jammu for specialized treatment.The two deceased were identified as Surjeet Kumar, (43), son of Mool Raj and Rishi Kumar, (48), son of Shadi Lal (Sr Pharmacist posted at DH Doda) both residents of Sharena Doda.Meanwhile, local NGO, Young Star Cricket Club Doda have expressed their grief and sorrow over the loss of precious life in this road accident.
