Sukhbir Singh Badal, Deputy Chief Minister, Punjab today asserted that NDA is all set to form next government at Center and there was not a single percent possibility of third or fourth front describing these failed fronts. Giving a slogan "remove congress to save country-save Punjab", Mr. Badal said not only country but were states too not safe in the hands of Congress and he was confident that there would be no third UPA. He said only NDA would make next government with Prime Minister Narendra Modi since there was no future of third front in the country. Badal said we all should take pledge to get the country free from the shackles of inflation, price rise, corruption, scams and inefficient administration donned by Congress led UPA government.
Answering a query Badal asked Union Minister Maharani Praneet Kaur to name any achievement brought by her for Patiala from her Central Government. Adding further, he said Maharani did nothing for the constituency for the last ten years even she did not visited her constituency and now before Lok Sabha polls she has come with sympathy for Patiala. Mr. Badal said there was strong storm blowing against Congress in the country, which would shatter Congress by wiping out its candidates since the congress can no longer befool the well-aware electorates of country.
Badal declared that SAD is coming with the list of remaining candidates in few days including Patiala while sitting Congress MPs including Partap Singh Bajwa and Manish Tewari were running away from contesting elections. He said Congress cannot face the SAD candidates and it would have to face the wrath of common masses in Lok Sabha elections. After laying foundation stones of sewerage projects for Nabha at a cost of Rs. 65.21 crore and Rs. 21.63 crore for Sanour, Mr. Badal in his address asked the electorates to vote for unprecedented development initiated by the SAD-BJP Government. He said after installation of Mr. Narendra Modi as Prime Minister, Punjab would witness a new era of development. On this occasion, Mr. Badal announced for barbed wiring around Beer Dosanjh to secure the farmers and their crops from wild animals. Amongst other present on the occasion included Mr. Surjit Singh Rakhra, Rural Development Minister, Mr. Deep Inder Singh Dhillon, District Planning Committee Chairman, Mr. Darshan Singh Dhaliwal, Mr. Makhan Singh Lalka, senior SAD leaders and Mr. Kuldeep Kaur Tohra, Member SGPC, Mr Tejinder Pal Singh Sandhu, former chairman, Ajaib Singh Mukhmailpur, former minister and Bibi Rupinder Kaur Sandhu.
