The subscribers of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) today complained against poor and erratic broadband services in the town.According to KNS correspondent, Waseem Majnoon Mir, Mir Raoof, a subscriber said, “We have been facing tremendous hardships due to the poor BSNL broadband services in the area. Most often the service does not run and when it runs the space is too slow.” Many subscribers said that they had many times raised the issue with the BSNL authorities but to no avail. “We are paying hefty bills for this service but unfortunately the authorities are paying no heed over the sufferings being faced by the users here,” they said.
