Continuing his streak of holding public grievance redress camps at regular intervals, Minister for PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control, Sham Lal Choudhary today listened to the grievances and concerns of the common masses during a public meeting at Suchetgarh. The people hailing from Shera Chak, Chawalla, Bega Bera, Sai, Bura Chak, Mulla Chak, Derrian, Langarwali and other adjoining villages apprised the Minister about the problems being faced by them related to ration distribution, power supply, road connectivity, education, healthcare, sanitation and telecom. The villagers demanded upgradation of transformers, replacement of electric poles, LT and HT wires, blacktopping of roads and construction of lanes and drains. After hearing their demands and grievances, the Minister said that steps are being taken to upgrade the transformers and repairing the old ones, wherever required.
