Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal today laid the foundation stone of multinational Cargill's Rs 70 crore greenfield dairy feed project here. The project is set to make Punjab a "Dairy Hub" besides boosting the income of dairy farmers.
