Today a massive Sewa Dal rally was organized by Nirankari disciples in open ground near Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan, Sector 30-A, in which hundreds of members including ladies and children participated wholeheartedly. In this rally, Sewa Dal members presented various playful activities based on social and spiritual values; In addition to parade and march-past song. Rev. Mohinder Singh Sanyojak Chandigarh presided over and addressed the rally. During his address, he stated that we should lead life in accordance with directions of Satguru Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj which he gives from time to time.
Rev. Singh further said that rally was also held in Delhi where Baba Ji appreciated their contribution not only in the Mission’s congregations, Samagams and social welfare activities by towards relief and rehabilitation measures in the event of natural calamities in India and abroad.
He mentioned that our Sewa Dal played an important role to help people during recent floods in UK. He said that such a service on short notice requires a deep spirit of sacrifice as these volunteers have their own domestic and social responsibilities.Baba Ji said that with the growth of the Mission, Sewa Dal has also found expansion. These volunteers, he said, are known today for their spirit of selfless service, discipline and dedication. They do not consider this service as compulsion; they welcome every opportunity as a great fortune.Present on the occasion, Rev. H.S.Dhillon Khetriya Sanchalak Chandigarh appreciated the Sewa Dal and said that members contribute in the activities of Mission whole heartedly be sides fulfilling their family responsibilities .
