Deputy Commissioner Shopian, Manzoor Ahmad Qadri, today chaired a District Level Screening Cum Coordination (DLSCC) committee meeting here during which 13 cases were taken up in for discussion.The meeting discussed nine cases for SRO-43, three relief cases and one case of property damage. After threadbare deliberations, the committee unanimously approved 7 SRO-43 cases, wherein ex-gratia relief of Rs 2 lakh per case was sanctioned for three cases where victims were either killed or missing for more than seven years. The meeting also approved Rs 1.5 lakh in the property damage case.On the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner said that time-bound clearance of the cases would play a pivotal role in reinforcing the faith of affected families in the Government. Assistant Commissioner Revenue, SDM Zainapora, ASP and representatives from Army and Paramilitary Forces participated in the meeting.
