Delhi BJP President Shri Manoj Tiwari presided over the Monthly Meeting of Delhi BJP held at Pradesh Office today. National Organization General Secretary Shri Ramlal, Pradesh Incharge Shri Shyam Jaju, Union Ministers Dr. Harsh Vardhan & Shri Vijay Goel, National Secretaries Shri Maheish Girri & Shri Tarun Chugh, MP Shri Pravesh Verma, former Presidents Prof. Vijay Kumar Malhotra, Shri Mange Ram Garg, Shri Vijender Gupta & Shri Satish Upadhyay, Organization General Secretary Shri Siddharthan, General Secretaries Shri Kuljeet Singh Chahal, Shri Ravinder Gupta & Shri Rajesh Bhatia, Convener of the conference Shri Tilak Raj Kataria, Co-Convener Shri Harsh Malhotra, Pradesh Vice Presidents, other Office bearers, District Presidents and Secretaries, Mandal Presidents, MLAs, Councilors and about 1500 representatives participated in the meeting. The main points of discussion today were forthcoming Civic Elections and the Booth Karyakarta Sammelan to be organized at Ramlila Maidan on Sunday the 19th March by the party. All the District Presidents, Morcha Presidents presented the details of their plans with regard to the conference.
Addressing the meeting BJP National Organization General Secretary Shri Ramlal said that I am fully confident that our workers are working hard and as a result today the number of BJP Governments is increasing day by day and 60% of the population of the country is under BJP rule today. At present BJP has the largest number of MPs, MLAs and Chief Ministers besides the most popular leader of the country. Winning the elections to the Municipal Corporations of Delhi is necessary because the present Delhi Government is corrupt and incompetent. The Municipal Corporations have served the people in spite of various difficulties. The Government which does not serve the poor must be dislodged and the victory of BJP in the civic elections will compel the Delhi Government to work or resign and this victory will also strengthen the Central Government. Hence there should be 100% presence in the Ramlila Maidan and this should be systematic and till the conclusion of meeting and after that campaign for the civic elections should be started with full enthusiasm.
Pradesh President Shri Manoj Tiwari said that the basic formula of success for any party in any election is the dedication of Booth level workers and on the strength of the workers today BJP is the largest political party not only of the country but of the world. The efficient management of the National President Shri Amit Shah is very important for taking the party to this position and he treats the party workers engaged in the booth management and verification of voter lists as the foundation of the party. Booth Karyakarta Sammelan is being organized on the 19th March by Delhi BJP with the inspiration of Shri Shah in which 5-5 workers from all the 13372 polling booths will participate. BJP has termed the Booth Management Workers as Panch Parmeshwar because these shall ensure administrative justice to thousands of workers at the Booth level just like Panchas of BJP. Shri Tiwari said that this worker conference will blow the bugle of victory for the forthcoming MCD elections and we have to ensure that large numbers of Booth Management workers and supporters reach Ramlila Maidan to listen to the message of National President Shri Amit Shah for the people & workers of Delhi.
