Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal today asserted that the 'Fateh Rally' at Jagroan on February 23 would "change the political landscape" of Nation and it would prove to be death knell the Congress party.After taking stock of arrangements of Fateh rally along with Revenue Minister Mr Bikram Singh Majithia here today, Mr Badal said, "An unprecedented large crowd will turn up at Jagroan next Sunday to hear the BJP's prime ministerial candidate Mr Narendra Modi. Adding further he asserted that 'Fateh Rally' would go down in history as the biggest in the state and claimed that "there would be profound change in the political scenario of India after the rally." 

Deputy CM said that people were visibly fed-up with the anti people and anti poor policies of the Congress Led UPA government in the centre, the people of India are desperate to get rid of the world’s most corrupt ruling Indian government. He affirmed that unparalleled rally held at Moga in December 2011 had changed the political scene by reelecting SAD-BJP government in Punjab, similarly the Fateh Rally would witness to transform the election panorama of our Nation.Answering a query regarding APP candidate H.S. Phoolka's statement about no charging of fees for court cases from SGPC, Mr Badal said "He is not answerable to his assertions. Phoolka is no match for me in politics and to his stature to comment on his announcements". Mr Badal added that he was indulging in to gain publicity by resorting to such statements.

To another query about Youth Akali Dal leader Yadvinder Singh Yadu's involvement in Khanna murder case, Deputy CM clarified that it was not proven so far by any enquiry that he was equally involved in the murder of youth. "If his involvement was proven then law would take its own course and nobody be spared however high may be", adding he said that alleged stained persons were present in every party and no leader could be blamed for their own wrong doings.Among others present on the occasion included Mr Sharnjit Singh Dhillon PWD Minister, Dr Daljit Singh Cheema, Joginder Pal Jain and S.R. Clair all MLA, Dinkar Gupta ADGP intelligence, Balwant Singh Ramuwalia former Union Minister, Jangveer Singh Media Advisor to Deputy CM and Gurcharn Singh Grewal Member SGPC.
