District Development Commissioner Rajouri, Shabir Ahmad Bhat, today interacted and shared his experiences with the newly recruited employees of Health department, who are undergoing 12 day Induction Training programme sponsored and organized by the Department of Personal Trainings, in collaboration with IMPA J&K, Jammu.The training has been organized for the newly recruited Group-B and C State Government employees of Health department.Assistant Director Planning (Nodal Officer, ITP), Bilal Rashid, briefed about the purpose of training, the type of skills being imparted to the trainees and the progress achieved since the inception of Training.Addressing the trainees, the DC appealed them to be attentive and gather complete knowledge about the subject for its further dissemination among the fellow staff and colleagues. "Employees are still following the old and traditional trends in spite of latest techniques so such programmes on regular intervals become imperative to bring about changes in the citizens delivery system ", he said.Course Coordinator, ITP from IMPA Jammu, Jyoti Sadhu, highlighted the importance of the training and the details of generic Modules being imparted to the participants. She said that topics like Personal effectiveness, personal and organizational values, qualities of an excellent employee, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, citizen centric behaviour, E-governance and ICT, problem solving and decision making, managing conflicts, leadership and team building, time management, stress management and goal setting are being covered during the 12 day training programme besides health related topics.
