DDC Ganderbal reviews progress of development works

District Development Commissioner, Ganderbal, Tariq Hussain Ganai, today convened a meeting to review progress of various developmental works being executed under core sectors in the district.During the meeting, the progress achieved so far under R&B, PHE, Health, Education, Rural Development and other sectors was reviewed.On the occasion, the DDC directed the executing agencies including JKPCC, Housing Board and R&B to accelerate the pace of work and ensure timely completion of the projects. The issues pertaining to the construction work of Central University of Kashmir and Government College for Engineering and Technology were discussed threadbare besides measures to be taken for resolution of the issues were underlined.All the officers were directed to closely monitor the pace of developmental works in their respective domains.The District and sectoral officers attended the meeting.
