The Deputy Chief Minister, Dr Nirmal  Singh today said the Government has undertaken a massive programme for upgrading the sports infra and also upgraded facilities are now being provided to the sportspersons.The Deputy Chief Minister was speaking after felicitating the national Thang-Ta winners here today.Dr Singh said under a comprehensive programme, the Government has started to upgrade the already existing infra and also constructing new one so that appropriate logistic support is provided to the aspiring sportspersons and the professionals.It is pertinent to mention these sportspersons have won medals in 23rd Thang-Ta National Championship held in Hyderabad. The winners include Neera Sharma, the winner of Gold in 75 KG category, Kaishav Singh winner of Gold 65 KG and Mr Vaidhav Sharma, Silver medalist.
