Aam Aadmi Party leader and Delhi minister for water resources, Kapil Mishra on Fridaycampaigned for AAP candidate from Jalandhar (North), Gulshan Sharma. Mishra addressed number of rallies in the constituency.Mishra said that AAP government in Delhi started implementing the promises made before elections immediately after the formation of government. He said that Delhi model of governance will be implemented in Punjab.AAP leader said that corruption has reached to zenith during Akali-Congress rule and it has destroyed the lives of lakhs of youth in state. He assured that drug problem will be tacked heavily after the formation of AAP government in state. 25 Lakhs jobs will be provided to the youth in state.Mishra said that education and health will be the priority of the AAP government in state. Water and electricity rates will be slashed to give relief to the residents. He promised to make agriculture a profitable occupation in state and waving off the debt of farmers.
