Today Mr. Iqbal Singh Channi took the charge of the office as Vice Charman of Punjab Water Supply and Sewerage Board in the presence of Chairman of Punjab Water Supply and Sewarage Board, Mr. Vinod Sharma and Chairman Markfed Mr. Jagjivan Singh Kheernian. After assuming the charge, Mr. Channi said that he would carry forward the welfare programmes and policies of the Punjab government to safeguard the interests of the people in the state.Mr. Channi thanked Punjab Chief Minister Mr. Parkash Singh Badal and Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Sukhbir Singh Badal for entrusting this new responsibility. He said that he will try his level best to fulfill his responsibilities.Mr. D.K.Tiwari, CEO of the Board, relatives and friends of Mr Channi were also present on the occasion.
