Aam Aadmi Party(AAP) today showed mirror to PPCC President Capt Amarinder Singh who labeled AAP a party of 'outsiders' and asked him why he was camping in Delhi outside the Gandhi Darbar for the last more than one month and the final authority in his party to decide the tickets for Punjab congress candidates for the 2017 assembly poll.AAP Convener Gurpreet Singh Waraich today said that AAP had released all lists of its candidates at Chandigarh without any outer influence. He said that one can only feel pity on condition of Capt Amarinder Singh who is virtually bowing on knees before his political masters for ticket distribution. "There is no democracy in the Congress. Capt Amarinder Singh and Congress ticket seekers are at the mercy of Gandhi family. It is only AAP which in practice and implements the internal party democracy.", he asserted.Waraich said not only Capt Amarinder but entire circus of Congress has shifted from Punjab to Delhi.All members of screening committee and applicants for party ticket have been camping at the AICC headquarter. The PPCC headquarter in Chandigarh is wore a deserted look which are signs of dooms day waiting for the Congress. He said that in Congress culture, a leaf can not be turned without the consent of Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi.
Waraich said that Capt Amarinder Singh had not visited Chandigarh even once in the last one month. All press conferences and functions to enable joining of Akali Dal leaders were being held in Delhi. The personal staff of Capt Amarinder Singh is operating from Punajb Bhawan in Delhi. He said that even no activity of campaigning by Congress in Punjab is witnessed. He said that helplessness of Capt Amarinder Singh was evident from the fact that he was facing strong opposition from senior party leaders against allotment of tickets to 'turncoats' from Akali Dal.Waraich stated that tussle for tickets in Congress party would intensify in the days to come. The Congress has no chances of winning any seat. Capt Amarinder Singh has sole motive of contesting assembly elections is to divide the anti-incumbency votes and stab the people of state in the back. He said that Capt Amarinder Singh who has backing of SAD president Sukhbir Singh Badal would never succeed in his nefarious designs.AAP Convener also accused SAD-BJP government for facilitating 'overstay' of Congress ticket seekers in the Punjab Bhawan in Delhi thus throwing all rules to the wind.
