Students of Lawrence School Sector -51 were in fun and frolic mood , attired in the colorful dresses they brightened the milieu of the school. Chief Guest at the moment was Deputy Commisior S A S Nagra Daljit Singh Mangat (IAS).After lightening of the lamp by the chief guest the athletes participated in the various races like Hurdle race, obstacle race, Ball race, Ring race, Flat race and Relay race. The enthusiasm and cheerfulness of the participants was beyond description. A cultural programme was also presented in between the races. Dances like Durga Vandna, Lotus drill, Rasllela, Bhangra, Aerobics were displayed by the students. Their feats made people glued to their feet. Field events like skating, tug of war, Lazium, bursting balloons provided amusement to the audience.Gursehaj Kaur ,Pratham Garg,& Khushi Bansal of 5th class whereas Mehpreet Kaur ,Lavisha Kumar ,Lakshya & Pahulpreet Kaur of 4th Class & Akshita Thakur ,Prachi,Anshu verma of 3rd class and from the 2nd class Ramnik Singh Preabhneev Singh & Anurag Kumar and from 1st class Ayushi Rana Akshit & Gurmanjot kaur were awarded for their excellent academic performance .While honouring the students Principal of the School Veena Malhotra urged the students to adopt never say die attitude and need to continuously improve themselves to excel in their life.
