In a pot shot at the Mamata Banerjee-led Trinamool Congress, the CPI-M on Tuesday said there was asomething fishy' about those seeking a "complete rollback" of the demonetisation exercise.Asserting that the Communist Party of India-Marxist never demanded a reversal of the demonetisation exercise, its General Secretary Sitaram Yechury said: "We have urged the central government to allow circulation of the demonetised currency notes till there was adequate supply of new notes."Banerjee has been the most belligerent opponent of the demonetisation move operationalised by the Narendra Modi government.
