With an aim to make an extensive campaign for forthcoming assembly polls, Aam Aadmi Party today launched “Chalo Punjab Campaign” and the party approached Punjabis living in country and abroad to come to their native land to free their state from the clutches of ‘corrupt regime’ of SAD-BJP and Congress. Launching the campaign, State Convener of AAP, Gurpreet Singh Waraich appealed all Punjabis living in any other state of country or abroad through social media that the time is ripe to save their Punjab from the corrupt regime of Congress and SAD-BJP, who have indulged in a political understanding to grab power in the Punjab turn-by-turn.

Waraich was accompanying with Joint Secretary of AAP and In-charge of “Chalo Punjab Campaign” Sarika Sharma, Overseas Youth Convener Joban Randhawa, Volunteer Rajesh Sharma (Who especially came from London for campaign), Surinder Mavi, Sumesh Handa and several NRI volunteers of the party. On the occasion, Waraich launched a special App “Chalo Punjab Campaign” designed by Student of Stanford University of USA, Raghu Mahajan. “More than two lakh Punjabis from country and abroad are expected to participate in the campaign”, Waraich said while unveiling a special Helpline Number 92502-23223 , where Punjabis can register themselves to join the campaign.
