A person was burnt alive while at least 23 houses and one electronic shop got damaged in a mysterious fire that erupted in Kahalpora Dalgate area of Srinagar in the wee hours of Monday morning.According to KNS correspondent, a person identified as Muhammad Ramzan was burnt alive while at least 23 residential houses and an electronic shop got damaged due to the fire that erupted in Dalgate area today.Local sources said that the body of Muhammad Ramzan was recovered from the debris of a residential house gutted in a massive fire in the area.“The body is badly burnt,” local sources told KNS.Concern Police officer of Nehru Park, Bashir Ahmad Dar told KNS that Muhammad Ramzan Dar was burnt alive during the massive fire in the area.Dar who went to the spot alongwith his team said that as per reports Ramzan was resident of Tral. “Ramzan was putting up at a relative’s house in the area and he couldn’t save himself during the fire due to his age thereby was burnt alive and his body was later found from the debris of residential houses,” he said.Meanwhile, sources said that at least 44 families lost their shelter due to the massive fire.
