Chairman Hurriyat (M) Syed Ali Geelani has strongly condemning the “custodial killing” of a minor of a 16 year old Kaiser Hameed Sofi of Ganderpora Srinagar.He has said that India tries to suppress us with their military might to strengthen their “undemocratic, illegal and forceful occupation.” “Kaiser was arrested by STF in Shalimar on 27 of October 2016. He was subjected to the worst physical torture and when his condition worsened he was put in a dustbin near SKIMS,” he has said.He added that these “horrifying acts of repression and merciless killing of teenagers on daily basis have mutilated the so-called democratic face of India. This barbarism and beastly actions by the local police are shameless and they should remember that they belong to this soil.” Geelani has appealed world human rights organization to take these innocent killings seriously and use their good offices to stop this unending bloodshed.
