S. Gopal Reddy, DGP, Home Guards, called on Governor N.N. Vohra at the Raj Bhavan here today.Mr. Reddy briefed the Governor about the ongoing activities and training programmes of Home Guards. He also discussed the functioning of the Central Training Institutes in Jammu and in Kashmir and available infrastructure for the organization.The Governor advised Mr. Reddy to ensure that all volunteers are provided high quality training which will equip them to effectively meet the challenges posed by disasters.
