Gian Jyoti Group of Institutions organized a fresher party a cultural extravaganza to welcome the newly admitted students of Management & Engeering stream. Gian Jyoti Group of Institions’s Chairman J.S.Bedi was Chief Guest at this occasion.It was a proud privilege to watch the students glowing with delight. Seniors cordially escorted the junior students to their seats making them comfortable. The senior students presented a cultural bonanza of solo singing, solo dance, group song, group dance, Skits and other activities like pick & do competitions which were thoroughly enjoyed by the students as well as the faculty members. Fresh Batch Students also participated whole heartedly in various activities.The event included variety of cultural programs like solo singing, solo dance, group song, group dance etc.
The fun moments started with the entertaining Group dance. Bhangra Performance by the students stole the show. All were tapping their toes on Dhol Beat along with performers. Everyone encouraged students and their talent. Faculty members and seniors shared their experiences and students also expressed their feeling about their new college. The whole event was innovatively designed. Mr.Aaquib Nazir and Ms. Akshdeep Kaur won the Fresher Competition. In this Competition few Titles like Mr & Miss Personality and Mr & Miss Elegant were also awarded, these titles were won by Mr. Saquib & Miss Aman and Mr Abdul Majeed & Miss Rekha respectively. The day was concluded with the lunch in the college. The eventful day ended with congratulating the winners and thanks giving note by ChairmanJ.S.Bedi.
