On the eve of World blood Donors day, the Regional Red Cross Branch Kashmir on Saturday organised a voluntary blood donation camp in collaboration with Usmania Falah Wa Behbood Committee, Usmanabad Shalteng and (L.D Hospital Srinagar) headed by Incharge, blood transfusion Deptt. Dr. Javed Iqbal Khan Sr. Life member/volunteer and Gh Hassan life member /volunteer under the supervision of Fayaz Ahmad programme coordinator regional Red Cross Branch.Officials said that at least 60 volunteers donated their blood voluntarily in this camp.“The blood thus collected will be utilized for the injured persons/emergency cases admitted in various Hospitals of the Valley,” they said.The Regional Red Cross Branch Kashmir appreciates such volunteers/organisations who donated blood and make these camps successful.Notably, the Regional Red Cross Branch Organises such camps very often.
